Steel

Steel is the most commonly used material in contract stamping. We process cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, and structural steel in all common grades. Whether thin sheets for electronic housings or thick-walled structural parts – our presses cover the entire spectrum.

  • Cold-rolled steel (DC01 – DC06)
  • Galvanized steel (DX51D, DX52D)
  • Structural steel (S235, S355)
  • Spring steel (C75S, C100S)
  • Material thicknesses: 0.2 – 15 mm

Stainless Steel

Stainless steel stamped parts are used wherever corrosion resistance is required: food technology, medical technology, architecture, or the chemical industry. We process all common austenitic and ferritic stainless steels.

  • 1.4301 (V2A) – The classic
  • 1.4404 (V4A) – Acid-resistant
  • 1.4016, 1.4510 – Ferritic grades
  • Material thicknesses: 0.3 – 8 mm

Aluminum

Aluminum impresses with its low weight combined with high strength. We stamp and process aluminum for the automotive industry, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and many other sectors. Aluminum profile machining is also part of our service range.

  • AlMg3 (EN AW-5754) – Seawater resistant
  • AlMgSi (EN AW-6060, 6082) – Heat treatable
  • Pure aluminum (EN AW-1050)
  • Material thicknesses: 0.2 – 10 mm
